Conveniently located in the Q34 building on the corner of Quebec and 34th Street. There is onsite parking both above and below ground. Please take the elevator or stairs to the fourth floor of the building. You will find our office in suite 4100. Our office is open the following hours to accept phone calls. As we have multiple locations, Dr. Pennington/staff is not always in office, please call if you do not have an appointment scheduled before coming in.
